LAW504: Law of the Sea

This course attempts to pay special attention in studying demarcation of territorial boundaries, jurisdictional zones of the oceans, rules regarding navigation, exploitation of living and non-living resources, marine environmental complexities.


LAW503: Environmental Law

Environmental law has been a discipline of recent age than other disciplines of legal studies. It regulates the ways of determining relation between human and environment as well as endeavours to protect the environment, climate and ecology.


LAW401: Law of Crimes

This course focuses on the studying of substantive crimes under the Penal Code, 1898. The Code of 1898 consolidates the whole of the law on the subject and is exhaustive on the matters in respect of which it declares the law.


LAW307: Law of Evidence

The law of evidence is an indispensable part of both substantive and procedural laws. It imparts credibility to the adjudicatory process by indicating the degree of veracity to be attributed to ‘facts’ before the forum.
