Considerable efforts taken with projects supported by DFID, USAID, USDA, DANIDA, EC, IC, OXFAM, IDA, IFAD etc. in the recommendation of region and ecosystem specific fisheries production, formulation and implementation of policies, strategies and planning for sustainable development. Authored and co-authored over 50 scientific articles, reports, manuals, abstract books and other IEC materials with focus on aquaculture, livelihood, enterprise development and climate change aspects. Explored aquaculture/fisheries activities and assisted in identifying new area for research, extension and development through conducting and participating different seminar/ workshop/conference/ briefing sessions/keynote speech. Also maintained GO (DoF/BFRI/BARC etc.)-NGO (national/international)-Private sector - Association (Farmers/Fishers/Entrepreneurs) linkages for the same.

(a USDA-FFPs program) for providing technical capacity building services of fish farmers at Rajshahi region in Bangladesh from 16 May 2013 to 15 May 2014.
